(Ken -- I would have appreciated seeing this get sent to bug-sipb or
to me alone as well as to bugs, since it does relate to xscreensaver)

When xscreensaver locks the screen, it grabs both the mouse and the
keyboard.

When mwm cannot grab the mouse when trying to position a new window
because another client has grabbed it, the window which is being
positioned is placed at +0+0 be default.

The reason the borders and title bar were off the screen is because
mwm doesn't seem to deal properly with the positionIsFrame resource,
which is supposed to default to true. I can't seem to get it to work
right either.

Therefore, the behavior is *almost* correct. Mwm *should* fail to
grab the mouse, and it *should* place the window in a default
position. However, it should also make sure that the border and title
bar are on the screen when it does that positioning.
