As Jon just pointed out to me, although we are keeping the load on the
RVD servers lower by delaying the sendmail run from crontab (I guess
-- haven't measured), we could ease the load on the mailhub somewhat
by enlarging the multiplier we use. (According to Jon, XX:42 came
around, and the load went up by about 10 on Athena.MIT.EDU.)
