The only educated guesses I can make about this are that user
<pinguina> was not in the credentials files on the servers in
question.  On a regular server, this would cause the behavior
exhibited in the "sipb" example, and on a staff server, the behavior
exhibited in the "consult" example.  I cannot verify this because I
can't login to the servers to look around.
