I talked to Jeff about his complaints about RVD's; overall, he claims
the RVD code is not robust. More specifically, he cited that during a
"ethernet jam", the clients do not recover.
If you find you need help simulating "ethernet jammed", talk to me. The
method that I know, I will NOT reveal in any public forum (I discovered
it by accident and then destroyed it).
