Note: rlogin.ucb -a works, so the bug is with the kerberos version
of rlogin in particular.
Either the man page should be updated to reflect the fact that -a
will be ignored unless it is passed onto rlogin.ucb because kerberos
rlogin fails, or kerberos rlogin should be fixed so it obeys -a.
