This bug has been tested on both a 6.0A RT and a 5.5T vax. I am pretty
sure it also exists on the 5.5T RT's and 6.0A vaxes (vaxen?)...
One way to change the name of a window is to iconify it (assuming it
uses text rather than a bitmap for an icon) and retype the name of the
window into the icon. When you do this, uwm cleverly keeps the cursor
centered in the icon as you add and delete characters ACCEPT when you
delete the last character in the icon, at which point the cursor sits
just to the right of the icon.
