chpobox not set correctly?

Hi. I'm at Xerox PARC for a month and used chpobox to forward
my mail. When I type: chpobox, it types:
User mackay, Type SMTP, Box: wmackay.pa@xerox.com

Unfortunately, it has not forwarded any messages and when I
rlogin in, and type "inc", it says there are no new messages.
Where are the messages and how to I get them? Thanks.
