Copilot hung on me 10 pm 10/11. Just before, it refused to highlight the
cursor in any window other than one xterm (as if the input focus was frozen in
that window, (freezing input focus isn't default in my .Xresources/.mwmrc)).
Then after I tried clicking away a zwrite, it removed the zwrite, gave me the
white window behind the zwrite (you know, the standard `flash' with mwm) and
hung right there. I could move the mouse, but nothing more. Then I rebooted
it.
