Wasn't 2020 supposed to have been moved to a locker a long time ago,
along with RS/1, or am I just confused?
We have inconsistent behavior between the VAX and RT... the VAX has 2020
installed on the packs, whereas the RT directs you to the 2020 locker.
If it was supposed to be moved to a locker, then I must say that someone
has not installed the VAX version in the locker.
