Reverse the order of MIT server hosts in named.ca. As Stan has just
pointed out, the version of bind we are using uses file order
un-reversed. STRAWB should be the first host the workstations looks
to, and BITSY the last, so we need to reverse the file.
Actually, it would be nice to get a new named.ca; our current one is
out-of-date with respect to campus and root nameservers. Ron Hoffmann
will be providing us with one shortly...
