These programs seem to make noise about tapes even when the file
specified is not a tape device but a regular file.
# restore if /site/paris.mit.dump
restore > ls
....
restore > extract
You have not read any tapes yet.
Unless you know which volume your file(s) are on you should start
with the last volume and work towards towards the first.
