We're getting this error so frequently from olc users that we now have
a stock answer on it. I, personally, have answered 3 questions about it
in the last 24 hours.
For further information, look at the ozephyr discuss meeting. You'll get
a better sense of the situation (frequency, machine type...) if you look
there.
