PROBLEM: restarting the window manager through f.restart rearranges
the icons as they appear in the icon box
WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED:
the icons should have remained in their original positions
during the restart using f.restart
REPEAT BY:
use an iconBox. restart the wm and watch the icons move
around. it seems to be related to the current window
stacking order.
