If I attempt to run discuss when I don't have write access to my home
directory, the following happens:
Toto>discuss
discuss: Permission denied
If you are using discuss for the first time, or if you have only used the
experimental version of discuss, you need to run the 'dsc_setup'
command from the shell.
Run dsc_setup now? (y or n) n
Toto>
The first error reported is very misleading. I don't have permission
to run discuss? Then what is running to ask the next question?
In this case, it should have printed "discuss: Permission denied
attempting to update ~/.meetings".
