This was reported in July and got no response. It's too late for the
release, but I want to make sure it's on the list of things to do.
The "register" button on xlogin shouldn't just login in as user
"register" password "athena". This is much too slow and interacts
poorly with the "system login" and "custom login" buttons. Instead,
when the register button is pressed, the "register" locker should be
attached and then "/mit/register/xregister" should be run. We can put
a script in as xregister which starts up an xterm.
