zwgc doesn't die on net logout.

When I net in to a workstation, the nice X sessions now notice that I
might have a display where I'm coming in from.
Well, I allowed the default login stuff to start up a zwgc.
When I logged out, I had to have another user on that host kill the zwgc.
It's probably significant that I was not the only person on the
workstation. Do we have this problem when people start up zwgc in tty
mode over dialins? If we don't that too is interesting information.
