Given that the xlogin console has been tweaked to remove the REAL
title bar and resize grips:
1) There's no way to resize it.
2) There's no way to move it.
3) The title bar looks like NOTHING ELSE with a title bar.
The RIGHT way to fix this is to remove the hack title bar and let mwm
do the right thing for the window.
The current situation is unacceptable.
