The standard user's new .login file has a typo related to backward
compatibility with 6.2A system packs.
In the message it prints, "ungraded" should be "upgraded".
If the user made any changes to his .login file (to alter the Athena
behavior), those customizations are ignored. Perhaps the
backward-compat test should use ~/.login.old (or whatever) instead of
/usr/prototype_user/.login ?
