I really think it would be nice if there were some predefinition of the bindir
shell variable, especially considering /usr/athena/lib/init/cshrc uses it in
the alias for 'add.'
For my own purposes (and those of many users I know) I'll need to defined it
anyway if it isn't defined for me. And, like hosttype, the sooner it's defined,the less likely breakage is to occur.
