6.3B xlogin mis-feature: no ignoreeof

The default login for 6.3B xlogin creates an xterm with a shell for
which ingoreeof isn't set. Users who log in using this default, don't
create any extra windows, and then type CTRL-D by mistake (for
example, by typing ahead on a zwrite to someone who, as it turns out
is not subscribing), will end up with a LOGOUT button and nothing
else. This will confuse a lot of users and generate a lot of
Consulting Hotline questions. (The only thing they can do is log out
and log back in, right?)
Can we set ignoreeof?
