1) What were you trying to do?
I want to install Python3 modules for my Python3 scripts.

2) What happened?
Every time I log into a workstation and want to install new Python3 modules, I have to run "sudo apt-get install python3-pip".

3) What should have happened?
I feel pip3 should not be something users have to install using apt-get, given the ubiquity of Python3.

4) Does this problem happen only on this workstation, or other workstations?
All workstations.

5) If you were following instructions, please include the URL or a
   description of the documentation:
   (e.g. a "problem set for 18.03" or http://ist.mit.edu)
