1) What were you trying to do?
open firefox
2) What happened?
get an error saying :'firefox is already running, but is not responding. to open a new window, you must first close the existing firefox process, or restart your system' Tried killing firefox from terminal, same error. Tried sudo reboot, same error. error has persisted between multiple terminals (3 today, have also had this problem in past)
3) What should have happened?
firefox should have opened, or closed when i killed/restartede
4) Does this problem happen only on this workstation, or other workstations?
