Emacs in 6.3B appears to handle some new command line arguments, like
-bw, -rv, -geometry, etc. that don't appear in the manual page.
Some of the old arguments, like -b, -r, etc. no longer work.
These changes should be reflected in the man page.
Curiously, the -w argument still works (even though -geometry now works).
