1) What were you trying to do?
Open Firefox
2) What happened?
It opens and then freezes. After I force quit, it opens and freezes again. It requires about 5-7 seven tries for me to get to the "Reset Firefox" / "Safe Mode" prompt. When I reset Firefox, I then receive a prompt that Firefox is locked a process (the number always varies when I receive this prompt). After clicking, "Okay", Firefox finally opens.
3) What should have happened?
Firefox should open normally.
4) Does this problem happen only on this workstation, or other workstations?
