1) What were you trying to do?
Print using pharos.
2) What happened?
It takes ~15 min for the job to appear at a pharos terminal.
3) What should have happened?
The job should be sent to pharos immediately.
4) Does this problem happen only on this workstation, or other workstations?
All athena workstations I have tried, but consistently in W20.
