Everyone is reporting problems with .cshrc.mine. The real bug
isn't that bindir isn't defined anymore; the real bug is that
ALL FILES REFERENCED BY THE NEW DOTFILES MUST BE MOVED.
That means that .xsession, .login, .cshrc, .cshrc.mine,
.environment, .path, .startup.X, and .startup.tty (Have I missed
anything or gotten some of the names wrong?) must all be be
moved if they exist.
