Users who log into a Debathena machine and run (al)pine will have
a .pinerc created for them. If they then log into Athena 9 and run
pine, they'll be asked whether they want to run SIPB pine or Athena
pine. SIPB is probably a terrible idea for most people who don't know
what they're getting in to.
Can we change the wrapper to default to Athena pine for everyone
unless they have ~/.athena-sipb-pine-noask? A SIPB pine user who
inadvertently gets Athena pine might be confused, but I think that's
better than having people inadvertently have all their mail downloaded
from the IMAP server.
