Every so often (most recently, when loading a web page), my display will
get a rectangle of bad pixels in the lower right corner (touching the
right edge, a little above the bottom edge). Sometimes it's all black,
sometimes it's alternating stripes of black and white, on the order of
20 pixels high and 80 pixels wide. These pixels are on top of whatever
else is on the screen there (so on top of any windows that are moved to
that spot).

They don't show up in a screen capture.

Toggling ctrl-alt-F8 ctrl-alt-F7 erases them.
