It may be that something in the script that makes a local copy of ooffice
on the machine's local disk that hiccup'ed.
Someone who is familiar with how that script is supposed to work should
make a site visit to the machines that can no longer run ooffice and see
what the root cause is, correct it locally, and then fix up the script.
