since you sent this to testers, i assume you are using 6.3B and mwm.
if you weren't, please let me know what you were using. what did the
windows look like (frames & title bars or just a line) ? did you get
any error messages about not being able to start the mindow manager ?
could you get a root menu and if so, did the "shuffle" operations do
anything ? did it offer to give you a temporary directory ? how long
ago did you register for the account (if it was within the previous 36
hours, the system may not know about you yet) ?
any more details you could give us would be helpful in figuring out
what was causing you difficulty.
