I'm having an issue where when Kevin Caldwell kec@mit.edu uses an Athena
workstation that I administer, it sometimes crashes with the following on
the console:

The caps lock and scroll lock lights on the keyboard blink.
This was at least the third instance of the bug. It has only happened
when kec was using the machine (Through over a year of use). As far as I
can tell, he has been using standard desktop software (emacs, MATLAB,
firefox).
