Hi,
I have forwarded your problem over to bugs@mit.edu. Just so you know, we try and put the problem with the right group or people for addressing. Many times there is a fine line as to where it should end up. Once the issue leaves this queue, it enters an another queue. Therefore, the issue gets resolved from this queue. It does not mean that people do not care. We want to make sure that the issue gets addressed, and that it gets to the appropriate person/group to make this happen.
