Firefox quota checking?

Would it be a good idea for the firefox wrapper script to check for an
over quota condition? I just sent a while debugging firefox problems
for a user that I expected were more strange lockfile problems, but it
turned out he was simply over quota. But of course he had not noticed.

I guess there's supposed to be a quota warning dialog box now, so
perhaps this is superflous. Just thinking out loud...
