Hi. I can easily reproduce the error message, and have tracked it down
to a libtool problem with C++ libraries under Solaris (hardly the
first!), though fixing the problem is much harder than identifying the
culprit.
Unfortunately, the error message doesn't appear to have anything to do
with the hang you experienced, and I can't reproduce a hang. The
linkage problem just causes spell-checking not to work.
