As far as I can tell, there's no convenient way to suppress the graphical 
quota warning, unless I skip_x_startup.  I'm at 91% quota, which is still 
plenty of free space, and although the text warning that shows up in the 
console does not get in the way, the graphical version does.

It would be convenient to have a skip_quotawarn or similar variable to 
skip the graphical quota warning (or maybe just the 90% warning).
