I have replaced the 9.4.27 symlink with a copy and have updated
man.config in the new version. Ops, please propagate the rhlinux config
directory to the athena cell. This should fix public machines.
Machines which were at some point public after man.config was updated in
the release, but which are now private, should fix themselves in the
next patch release assuming we update athena-ws. I've added a note to
myself to make sure that happens, although it's a good bet that we would
anyway.
