I'm a little unclear about what to do at this point- I can reproduce (and
report to the Mathworks) the first problem, when PRINTER is not set:

but not the File->Print Preview problem- I get a Print Preview
window. Do you see the second problem on any other machines than
scyther.mit.edu? I can pass the crash dump on to them but since I
can't reproduce the second problem, I'd need to refer them to you for
follow-up if they ask for it. Do you want me to do that?
