Webmail has been doing this off and on this week.

If your account settings are still normal, there are two ways to
deal with it:

One option is that, while on the login screen, you can choose
what language to use when you log in.

Another option is that, once you log in, you can click on
"Options" (which has an icon like a crossed screwdriver and wrench),
and then use the drop down menu in at the right of the screen to
"Edit options for 'Horde'".  In the Horde options, the left-hand
column has three categories; the middle category is "Locale and Time",
and when inside it, you can "Select your preferred language."
