Yes, this is a known issue for users launching things in the background and
not using zephyr, as Kevin later notes (see bugs[25876]).
The matlab and acro lockers have had a fix applied for some time. I'll add
it to other lockers gradually over time (I need to edit each base locker
script in multiple places so it isn't trivial to fix it everywhere at once).
I just applied it to the ooffice, math, java and gnuplot lockers, and it
should be user-visible after the next overnight AFS propagation.
Kevin- can you test to see if this fixes the gnuplot issue you reported
earlier? (I turned message sending back on in that locker). You will need
to move aside or delete the test user's ~/.sw_messages file to make it
send the message again. Moving it aside and restoring it later might be
better as if deleted, it will resend all current messages from various
lockers again, thinking that you haven't seen them. I'm not sure if
the gnuplot situation is exactly the same as the message might still get
mixed up with the batch input file.
