The man pages are quite inconsistant when it comes to refering to SMS or
moira.

[/mit/drmorris]:morgan % man -k moira
moira, listmaint, usermaint, dcmmaint (1) - maintain information stored
in moira
mrcheck (1) - verify that Moira updates are successful

[/mit/drmorris]:morgan % man -k sms
blanche (1) - examine and modify memberships in SMS lists
dcm, startdcm (8) - build config files from SMS database and update
servers
reg_svr, startreg (8) - SMS account registration server
sms_connect, ... Password_input, Put_message(3)
smsd, startsms (8) - SMS query daemon
smstest (8) - perform SMS operations manually
update_server (8) - daemon that accepts config files from SMS
userreg (8) - create an account for a person known to SMS

Note that we have a mutually exclusive list.
The man page for moira/listmaint has the following:

There is no such command as mrlist, perhaps we meant mrcheck. Also
refering users to the blanche man page would be helpful.
The adventerous can find other discrepancies as well.
