That was my point. Just try programming with Motif for a week and a
half and you will discover that every is changing very quickly;
sometimes the code is ahead of the docs, sometimes the docs are ahead
of the code. Most of the docs you have seen are very obsolete by now.
I have what I believe is the most current documentation for all of
Motif (it is dated one week ago.) I was sending the message so you
would know that using $SHELL was at least intentional.
