What were you trying to do?
Use the Sawfish window manager
What's wrong:
Sawfish does not work on Solaris. If the
file ~/.athena-sawfish is present in the home directory,
I end up with what appears to be no window manager when
I log into a Sun machine. No window decorations (title
bar, Maximize, etc) and unable to give focus to any window
e.g., Terminal, to type in. I am fortunately able to click
the logout button in the Panel.
I am able to replicate this problem both with my own
account and the sipb0 test account.
Sawfish under Linux works fine.
What should have happened:
