My concern was that users might be encountering problems because
their certs are disappearing; there were a couple of reports of
this during 9.4 testing, although no such problem seems to have
been reported since the public release.  If such a problem is
occurring frequently, it would be helpful to get specific bug
reports, and we should try to investigate further.

If, on the other hand, users typically need to "zap" because
they have forgotten the security password, as Jonathan suggests,
we can only try to ensure that the solution is properly documented.
An alternative to the "zap" script is to point users at the
special chrome URL for resetting the password:

    chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul

This worked for me, at least in a single test.  (Doing this
also causes it to lose existing certs, etc.).  This is
documented at:

which also describes how to reset the password in mozilla.

Surely these users are not wedded to the name "zap-mozilla-certs",
though, as long as we update our documentation accordingly.  It
