In previous releases, emacs knew the symbol "ispell-word" upon
startup, or at least knew that it should load the "ispell" library
when that symbol was invoked. Consultants were therefore able to tell
users, "Type M-x ispell <RETURN> to load ispell into emacs."
Another local hack that wasn't in the 18.54 distribution. Hacks like
these should have been placed in our site-init.el file, but never
were, which is why I didn't find them. I have added it in again
properly, and checked to make sure that no other autoloads were messed
up.
