sshd uses up a large amount of CPU and RAM

Also note the load average and the high swap use. We were previously
encountering problems with the machine freezing randomly (and needed to be
force-rebooted) when we only had 512 MB of swap -- it looks like this sshd
problem is causing it.
After I killed these sshd processes, memory usage dropped to 66 MB in use
and swap dropped to 317 MB in use. Hongyi tells me he wasn't doing
anything other than attempting to SSH in to the machine, and that it
didn't successfull log him in.
