The Athena installer lists inconsistent times in install.log and
/etc/athena/version. For example, on a Linux-Athena 9.3.18 machine
installed tonight:

Relevant lines from install.log:
Script started on Thu Jul 7 20:51:03 2005
Install started at Thu Jul 7 20:51:11 UTC 2005.
Thu Jul 7 23:05:47 2005
Install finished at Fri Jul 8 03:06:33 UTC 2005.
Script done on Fri Jul 8 03:06:33 2005

The install was actually started around 8:51 PM Eastern Time, not 8:51
PM UTC (as the second line claims). Similarly, it was finished around
11:05 PM Eastern Time, not 3:06 AM (though the "Install finished" line
is accurate since it does say UTC, though consistently would be nice.)

In /etc/athena/version:
Athena Workstation (linux) Version 9.3.18 Fri Jul 8 03:06:08 US/Eastern
2005
Athena Server (linux) Version Update Fri Jul 8 00:01:13 EDT 2005
Athena Server (linux) Version 9.3.18 Fri Jul 8 00:01:45 EDT 2005

Again, the time in the first line is both incorrect, and inconsistent
with the other lines.
