It is extremely repeatable for me (perhaps due to the applications I
have running when I logout). When I use the Exit button to logout I
get a dialogue box saying:

The Application "Gnome-panel" has quit unexpectedly.

You can inform the developed of what happened to help them fix it. Or
you can restart the application right now.

When I say "Inform Developers" the box goes away. I assume that my
previous trys have causes the updates to take and it is sending mail to
the GNOME people. Where would I find the backtrace you mentioned?

Roger
