Update form 9.2.30 -> 9.3.18 fails with Postgres deps

Hi,
I've got a 9.2.30 machine with Postgres installed. I just tried to
update to 9.3.18 and I got the following dependency errors. Can you
please add these packages into the release so they get updated
appropriately? It's a PITA to have to remove these packages, perform
the update, and then re-add them, especially when they are all RH
packages in the first place.
