Hi Nayden,
We received your MATLAB bug report and sorry for the delay in responding to you -- last week has been a bit hectic.
I ran your example but don't seem to see the problem or more precisely I don't see the differences between the plots on the screen and the printed PostScript files.
You can have a look at the eps files that I generated (same names as yours) in my Public directory at:
/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/j/a/jamous/Public
One problem that I see though is that the label for the y-axis -- "Probability pi, pi_hat" is horizontal instead of vertical and thus overlaps a bit on the plot window. Is that the problem you were referring to? It is also visible on the screen in my case.
