I did (because of muscle memory):

athena% add acrobat
athena% acroread foo.pdf

/usr/athena/bin/ takes precedence in PATH, this script uses attachandrun
which then commits hari kari because the locker was already attached.

This problem does not occur if one runs netscape first and then uses
acoread. The difference being the use of the locker acro vs. acrobat

athena% netscape &
athena& acroread foo.pdf

Basically the bug is one of inconsistency and inelegant error handling.
